Sinnoh walkthrough
Sinnoh is where every PBO adventure starts. The story takes you from Twinleaf Town through 8 Gyms, a running fight with Team Galactic and the Pokémon League, and ends at Stark Mountain, where the road to Jvaloh opens.

Each section below follows the game’s Main Story quests in the order they appear. Team lists open when you click them; they come straight from the game’s data. For the movesets, abilities and held items of every Gym Leader and Elite Four member, see Gyms, Elite Four and Champions.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Follow the Quest Tracker
Section titled “Follow the Quest Tracker”Open the Quest Tracker from the icons in the top-right corner of the screen. Its Main Story section always shows your next story step and where to go; Optional lists side quests you have picked up.

Healing and blacking out
Section titled “Healing and blacking out”- Heal by talking to the
nurse at a Pokémon Center counter. That Center also becomes the place you return to if your whole team faints. Aroma Ladies on many routes heal for free too; see healing your team. - Escape Rope: the
Escape Rope you get on Route 202 is never used up. It takes you to the same place you would return to after a blackout, then needs 10 minutes to recharge. It does not work inside the Canalave and Snowpoint Gyms.
Teleporters instead of Fly
Section titled “Teleporters instead of Fly”There is no Fly. Most towns have a
teleporter NPC who takes you to other towns for a small fee. New destinations open as you earn badges:

Section titled “HMs are field items”You never teach an HM to a Pokémon. Keep the HM in your Bag, stand next to the tree, rock or boulder and press Space (on a phone, tap the screen). You can also use it from Quick Actions by clicking your character.
Each HM also needs a number of Sinnoh badges before it works. Surf starts by itself when you walk into surfable water. More in the FAQ.

|---|---|---|
| HM06 Rock Smash | 1 badge | |
| HM01 Cut | 2 badges | |

Blaze Coins. All eight are listed in Every Sinnoh gym at a glance.
