The missing Baxcalibur (Frigibax)
Deep inside Meteor Falls, Dragon Tamer Saul guards a cave that is home to wild 
Frigibax, the first stage of 
Baxcalibur. His partner Baxcalibur has run off, and he will not let anyone in until it is back.
Walkthrough
Section titled “Walkthrough”-
Meet the Dragon Tamer. Go to Meteor Falls B1F 1R, the lower floor of Meteor Falls.
Dragon Tamer Saul stands in front of the passage at the top of the room.His Baxcalibur, the cave’s co-guardian, has gone missing. It loves caves, so he asks you to look in Granite Cave. Tracker quest: Mystery of the Missing Baxcalibur.

Search Granite Cave B1F. Baxcalibur is in the upper part of Granite Cave B1F. It runs off again as soon as you reach it. Tracker quest: Baxcalibur’s Great Escape.
Baxcalibur's first hiding spot is in Granite Cave B1F. -
Search Route 111 (Desert). Go north from Mauville City into the desert. Baxcalibur is in the eastern part of the desert. It flees again. Tracker quest: The Elusive Baxcalibur Chase.
Baxcalibur's second hiding spot is in the eastern part of the Route 111 desert. -
Battle Baxcalibur on Route 116. Baxcalibur is at the far east end of Route 116, past both entrances to Rusturf Tunnel. This time it battles you at level 65. Beat it and it heads home.

Return to Saul. Go back to Meteor Falls B1F 1R. With Baxcalibur back and at least 300 Pokémon caught, Saul recognises you as a worthy trainer and lets you through. Tracker quest: Dragon Tamer’s Debriefing.
The Frigibax cave
Section titled “The Frigibax cave”Behind Saul is Meteor Falls B1F 2R. Frigibax is an Ultra Rare encounter there (levels 52–55). You need 7 Hoenn badges to use the passage.
