Maxie and Cameruptite
After the Hoenn story, Team Magma’s leader 
Maxie guards the place where 
Groudon once slept. Unlike most Hoenn Champions, he has no side quest. He only wants to see that you are a true collector of legends.
How to unlock him
Section titled “How to unlock him”-
Go down the Cave of Origin. Enter it in Sootopolis City and go down to B4F.

Talk to
Maxie. He stands where Groudon used to be. If you have not caught enough legendaries yet, he tells you to come back with 10 of them.
The count is the number of Legendary-rarity Pokémon you have caught in total, so legendaries you have since moved to your PC still count.
Maxie picks one of these teams, all level 100:

Expect sun and strong Fire attacks. Water, Rock and Ground Pokémon that can take a hit do well.
Rewards
Section titled “Rewards”Maxie gives the same rewards as the other weekly Champions. On Hard difficulty he can also drop 
Cameruptite. It is a one-time drop: once you have it, he will not drop it again. See Gyms, Elite Four and Champions.
