The Seashore House
Owner Mike runs the Seashore House on the beach of Route 109, south of Slateport City. He loves battling and rewards anyone who beats all five of his trainer friends. You can do this once a day, from early in the Hoenn story.
How it works

Come back tomorrow. You can do it again the next day.
Each trainer has 7 teams. Your first win is against their weakest team, around the level you are when you first reach Slateport (levels 12–17). Every win after that moves them up one team.
From your eighth battle on, they use their strongest team at the level of your highest-level Pokémon, but never below level 50.
