Items on the ground in Jvaloh

Jvaloh’s routes, caves and buildings hold 65 items you can pick up. Jvaloh hides more of them than any other region: many lie in plain sight, but a lot have nothing to see on the ground.

An item ball on the ground in Glassmoor City, with the player standing next to it
Stand next to an item ball and press the action button to pick it up.
  • Item balls: stand next to the Poké Ball and press the action button (on a phone, tap it). A few, such as the ones in Boulder Cavern, are picked up as soon as you step next to them. Each ball disappears for you once you have it.
  • Hidden items: nothing shows on the ground. Where the hidden items are lists each spot and how to pick it up.
  • Quest items: the Cogwheel Piece in the Old Power Plant and the FlashLight Stash in the Highway Apartments are part of the story. See the cable car, Ochra Town and the stolen flashlight.

The list is generated from the game files, so it stays up to date.

  • Yellow Shards. Engineer Geoff in the Power Plant swaps one for a Power Plant Pass; see the Power Plant pass.
  • Old TMs and TRs. The items marked “(old)” are old-generation TMs and TRs. Upgrade them before you teach them; see old TMs need upgrading.
  • Hidden items elsewhere. Besides these, the server hides Blaze Chests and Dragon Balls on random outdoor maps every few hours. See hidden items lie on outdoor maps.
  • TMs. Where to get every TM, not only the ones on the ground, is in TMs and move tutors.
