Daily bosses in Jvaloh
Around Jvaloh, strong wild Pokémon stand on the map as bosses. Each one can be battled once per day, and you can visit all of them on the same day.

The Forest Flute (Zangoose or Seviper)

Zangoose and 
Seviper are fighting over the forest. You decide which one wins.

Visit Scientist Choo. In Sprinkle Town House 4, talk to retired
Scientist Choo. He wants 2 Seviper and 2 Zangoose, each level 30 or higher, to study. He keeps all four.Have exactly 2 of each at level 30 or higher in your party, plus at least one other Pokémon.

Get the Forest Flute. In return he gives you the Forest Flute and sends you to his two neighbours.

Choose the winner. Go to Sprinkle Town House 1. Two gentlemen live there:
Gentleman Nevla wants Zangoose to rule the forest. Give him the flute to get the Zangoose boss.- Gentleman Saanp wants Seviper to rule. Give him the flute to get the Seviper boss.

Battle your boss. The chosen boss now appears in the Drenched Forest once a day.
The boss you chose now waits in the Drenched Forest.
Zangoose and Seviper are both Common on Route 114 in Hoenn. In Sinnoh, Seviper is Common on Route 206 and Route 209, and Zangoose on Route 216, Route 217, Acuity Lakefront and Lake Acuity.
